The year is 1962. We are in a wine cellar in Tel Aviv, shortly after the Eichmann trial, where a kangaroo court is trying another ex nazi suspected of similar crimes. Did Herr Bauer commit the crimes of which he is accused; and, if he did, do his accusers have the right to try him?
