We are located in the Alpenrose Plaza shopping center at the intersection of Route 11B and 3 in Weirs Beach, Laconia, New Hampshire (formerly Dexter Village)

There are several ways to reach us from I-93.

1. Take exit 23 turn onto Route 104 East. When Route 104 ends (facing McDonald’s), make a right onto Route 3 South. In three miles you’ll reach Weirs Beach.  After the sign you will pass over a small bridge.  Stay straight at the intersection and the The Alpenrose Plaza is on your left.   
2. If you fancy a bit of shopping on your way, take I-93 to exit 20 in Tilton. Make a left off the exit ramp onto Route 3 North. You will immediately find the Tanger Outlet Center - Tilton on your left. Continue on Route 3 North for about 7 miles until just passed the Belknap Mall, then make a right onto the Laconia Bypass highway. When the highway ends, bear right and continue until you pass the Shaw’s supermarket, at which point turn right onto Weirs Boulevard. Follow Weirs Boulevard until you reach the fork in the road at the intersection of 11B and 3. Take the right fork and then an immediate left into the Dexter Village.

There is plenty of parking available at the Alpenrose Plaza. There is also additional parking available in a municipal parking lot on Lucerne Ave. Turn left onto 11B from the Plaza parking lot and then turn left onto Lucerne Avenue. The parking lot is a block down on your right.
